The new multi-family house is conceived as a composition of interlocking volumes. The façade articulates depth and proportion through subtle shifts in geometry.

 

Clear floor plans and controlled openings establish a balance between privacy and orientation. The material expression remains restrained, allowing light and spatial sequence to define the architectural experience.
