This renovation redefines the spatial organization of an existing single-family home through the insertion of a compact, multifunctional core. A dark, sculptural volume structures the interior, integrating storage, services and transitional spaces while creating a strong architectural identity.

 

The intervention enhances spatial continuity and natural light, establishing a balanced dialogue between open living areas and more intimate rooms. Carefully selected materials and precise detailing give the house a renewed, contemporary character while preserving its original scale and atmosphere.
