A central concrete volume defines the new spatial order of the house. It concentrates circulation and services while establishing a clear architectural core.

 

Exposed concrete ceilings, steel elements and a restrained material palette shape the industrial character requested by the client. The intervention introduces bold material contrasts while maintaining spatial clarity.
