Fit-out concept in Uster

Uster, Switzerland, 2017

This project was developed in collaboration with ZSB. We were responsible for the schematic design phase.

​

The concept is organized around a central spatial void that connects the different levels of the building and defines its identity. A sculptural white staircase becomes the architectural centerpiece, articulating circulation while fostering visual continuity and interaction between floors.

​

The material palette combines exposed concrete ceilings, warm timber surfaces and clear structural elements, creating a balanced atmosphere between technical precision and spatial warmth.

 

The intervention establishes a coherent spatial framework that supports flexible working environments while maintaining a strong architectural presence.
